Welcome to Blanchardstown Area Partnership's Enterprise Department. We like to think of ourselves as your Business Partnership. Whether you are just starting out or already in business, we will have something of value to you.
There are numerous aspects to the Enterprise service: Evening courses, Business Boot Camps, weekly seminars and workshops on exciting relevant topics (also offering opportunities for small businesses to network).
More than training, the Enterprise Dept also has a free confidential service where you can speak directly to a business mentor to discuss any aspect of your (future) business.
And even more then that, if you are in receipt of a Social Welfare payment, we can show you how you may be able to start your business and still hold onto payments.
In 2010, 321 people sat down with the Enterprise Dept’s 1-2-1 service, 156 new businesses were directly created and 915 people attended training.
Starting a business IS a daunting prospect. The chasm between what you think you know and what you think you NEED to know can seem huge. Even simply asking yourself ‘is now a good time to start’. Starting a business IS going to be a life altering event. And you can feel that you are doing it all on your own. Seems daunting, doesn’t it.

The Enterprise Department will bring you through what you need to know for starting and running a successful business. You will be brought through all the necessary steps to turn your idea into a reality. We have a strong track record in working with and developing new local businesses for local people.
