There are now 2 different Social Welfare backed schemes which allow people start a business and continue to receive their Social Welfare payments. The amount you receive and length of time on scheme will depend on which type of payment you are on and how long you have been in receipt of a payment.

After an extremely successful event last year, D15 Chamber would like to extend an invitation to your organisation to enter the D15 Chamber Business & Community Awards for 2010.

The closing dates are fast approaching though - Friday September 3rd at 6pm, so please ensure you enter early to be in with a change of winning one of these prestigious awards.
You don't have to be a D15 Chamber member to enter these awards, there are no entry fees and you are welcome to enter up to three categories this year.
For the business award categories, the Chamber have engaged the services of a professional judging company (SPOTCHECK NI) who are independent of the D15 Chamber. For the community categories, the Chamber have appointed a high calibre judging panel, who are drawn from the D15 business and community sectors.
The short-list will be announced at the beginning of October and the winners will be announced at a Black Tie Gala Ball at the Castleknock Hotel & Country Club on Friday, October 8th.
