Community Development

The Community Development team is made up of staff who work across Dublin 15. Staff are based in the head office, Dillon House and three geographic-specific outreach offices situated in Blakestown, Corduff and Mulhuddart. Community Development seeks to empower individuals and groups by providing them with the skills, training and support they need to affect change in their community. Community Development seeks to foster equality, social inclusion and to address poverty, disadvantage and discrimination. We fundamentally believe that local people are paramount to identifying and resolving local problems.
