What you will learn on HFME

The course covers nutritional information, with lots of healthy tips and ideas.  Each session also includes a  hands on practical cookery element.  The emphasis throughout the programme is on group learning rather than formal learning and all courses are facilitated by peer leaders, enrolled from our local communities and trained to deliver the HFME programme.
